Current impression: one of her best friends, but maybe more ? eddie sure does love him, which is scary, to say the least -- but nowadays, she finds herself relying on him more than she probably should.
Are they attracted to your muse?: ... maybe.
Something they find frightening about your muse: how he's able to work the longest hours he can, but remain a soft person. legality & politics make people tough, and hanging that up at the front door is hard. mars is so good at this, at least around her.
Something they find adorable about your muse: how he plans and builds legos with eddie like it's a legitimate architectural masterpiece, and not just blocks being stuck together. & how he makes sure eddie feels proud of the work he's done.

liz recognized that lara had been a good friend of hers, particularly in a time where liz had not particularly deserved a friend like her. so, even though she had heard quite a few things about mars ( and how he and lara had fizzled in and out ) a strange part of her felt like she owed it to lara to check up on him. make sure he was eating, sleeping, not working too hard, etc. he wasn't her responsibility, by any means -- she had enough people relying on her.
it didn't matter. she had made the decision after work that she would check on him today. so ( deli sandwich in hand ) liz is at his door, knocking with the non-deli-sandwiched & drink holding hand. waiting for the owner to open up. ugh, this was so unlike her.
@idkmybffjill: maranda odette was born on november 16, 2012 at 2:32 in the morning (thanks for that, i got ZERO sleep that day) and weighed a whole ass 11 fuckin pounds, so you bet your ass i riPPED. other than her being heavier than a rock, ripping, and the size of her big ass head... i had the smoothest pregnancy possible (aside from the gestational diabetes, i still can’t look at a blood sugar kit without wanting lightning to strike on it) and i’d do it all over again if it meant creating a second goblin like her. she’s me in every single way and i can’t staND her sometimes with that smart ass mouth (which i blame on her real mom cause i didn’t teach her to talk to ME like that) but i’d do anything for her. i’ve broken faces for her and i’ll do it again (next time away from surveillance footage, y’all know who you are, stop stalking me you creeps). she’s the light of my life and sometimes i think she’s plotting something against me, but that part i DID teach her (i just wish i didn’t teach her how to be sneaky about it). she’s smart, she’s talented, she’s goofy, she’s genuinely fun to be around, and genuinely funny. i always wanted a funny kid. some of her comebacks are better than mine. i’ll walk through fire for this kid and i’ll knock anyone down that gets in her way (she probably will too tbfh). i love her more and more every day, even if i am greeted with nerf bullets pelted at my head every morning. happiest happy 10th birthday, marsipan. it’s been a wild decade, but here’s hoping the next decade is even wilder.
