5. Does your muse have any siblings? What was their relationship like growing up? Is it any different now?
No, Reina is an only child. Her parents wanted at least one more kid but they decided that one child was enough for their lifestyle.
11. What expectations were placed on your muse as a child? Who had those expectations for your muse? How did your muse feel about them?
With her father being a prominent Ambassador for Spain and her mother being a very successful photographer in Europe, the Azarolla's were not shy of the spotlight. Because of this Reina was brought up knowing the importance of a public image and what her parents expected of her. But her parents also taught her that it is important to be true to yourself, which lifted this unknowing weight off her shoulders. Other children she had met because of events her parents had to go to often complained they had to pretend to be someone else. Reina is forever grateful for what her parents taught her and not being so overbearing to fit a certain mold.
13. What did your muse want to be when they grew up? Did they have any childhood dreams, and have they achieved them?
Reina had a lot of dreams growing up, it's honestly a miracle they were able to make a decision on what to major in. At one point she wanted to be a flight attendant, at another she wanted to follow her mom's footsteps and become a photographer, then a model, then a teacher, then a writer. She even thought about becoming a professional MMA fighter. Anything she enjoyed or thought was cool she probably thought about making some sort of career out of it.
14. Who was a mentor or a hero to your muse as a kid? Why did your muse look up to them and what did your muse learn from them? How is that relationship now?
Her parents were her heroes growing up. She absolutely adored them, and still does. She admired her father's hard work ethic and how he always cared for others. From him she learned that life isn't easy and if you have the means to help others, then you should. With her mom, she admired her creativeness and her sense of adventure and curiosity. She learned to look on the bright side of things and to take each move her family did as the next chapter in their life to write. She wanted to grow up to be just like them and she thinks so far she's doing them justice.
