Stressed was the best word to describe Winter as soon as she noticed the vipers in the room. Stressed and in desperate need of just enough alcohol to keep her sharp but lessen her nerves. As she was on her way to the open bar she caught a glimpse of her sister, someone she’d never been happier to see in her life. Winter stepped in front of her and whoever she’d previously been talking to. She had no intention of telling her sister why she needed a drink so badly but only because she didn’t need to know. Winter picked up the glass that was in front of her sister and downed the contents. There, better already. “Wren for once in my life I need your help. Let’s do shots.”

– THERE ARE THINGS LOUIS TELLS SOREN THAT HE DOESN’T TELL ANYONE ELSE. not because they’re secrets or anything, but because he knows soren will appreciate them most, even if they’re small or seemingly insignificant. like, if he sees a truly wacky looking bug that doesn’t look native to germany at all, or when he sees a man in the park that looks exactly like how he pictured mr. tyco bass to look, holding a chicken under his arm and everything ( the wonderful flight to the mushroom planet was one of louis’s favorite books growing up. he’s not sure if it holds up. ) when a woman stands next to him on the train to tell him her whole life story, how her husband died, and to show her pictures of her kids, of course louis wants to text soren all about it because only he will understand how perfectly AWKWARD he felt in the moment but the way he grew fond of the interaction after the fact. sometimes he texts him. sometimes he doesn’t. today he does. 

‘want to check out this weird thing with me?’ alright, so maybe he looked up stuff to do on purpose as an excuse to hang out and picked the museum that sounded the most AND least pretentious at the same time. museum der dinge: the museum of things. it’s just, stuff. although other ideas on tourist websites suggest things like visiting world war ii bunkers and that just sounds claustrophobic to louis. honestly, louis only cares a very tiny amount about what they do. that’s why you call it an EXCUSE to hang out. ‘cause otherwise it seems like it could be a rip-off. 

“ takes an hour to get here from my place, ” louis says, stuffing his hands in his pockets when soren makes his way down to the lobby. “ definitely missing the days when you were just down the hall, although...took sort of a long time for me to realize that. all the times mari told me i should leave the room more often...maybe she had a point. ” he laughs lightly, scratching the back of his head even though nothing itches. “ if you think about it, everywhere is a museum of things, ” he adds, because it’s a stupid thing to say and he’s not great at small talk.

– THE BEST PLANS ARE NOT EXECUTED ALONE. ricky knows this, or at least...he fully believes this, or at least, this particular plan is not going to go off without a hitch if he doesn’t have a little bit of assistance. and with the hawklike way that one of the professors is watching the punch bowl – and the flask HEAVY in ricky’s pocket, there’s no way he can do this alone. unfortunately, ricky hasn’t exactly recruited many friends at gallagher yet, it’s almost like the exaggerated facade drives people away more than it draws them in, but he’s going to put his espionage skills to the test for the first time that night – never mind the fucking clues. “  hey, ” he intercepts a sandy-haired character on his way to the punch bowl, sidestepping with his most charming smile, “ on a scale of one to ten, how fun would you say this event is ? just, off the top of your head. ”

– “OH, SO YOU’RE SOREN,” SHE BEAMS, making a beeline to sit next to him in their spies on screen class. aylin doesn’t introduce herself mainly because she somehow expects him to already know her although he’d have virtually no reason to, aside from a few vaguely mutual friends. “ it’s a nice name. they have a ride at disney named after you, actually. well, not after you, but basically ! ” she adds, opening up her binder which already has meticulously copied notes and a pre-printed version of the syllabus that was posted in the online module. “ did you go when you were in paris ? ” this is probably getting creepy.

A random thought: Nadia scares me and yet I kinda want her to step on me but she literally would and it’d hurt a lot. Also, I missed Jess I’m glad she’s back.

Most badass character: they’re all really badass in their own way but purely physical, then Nadia

Favorite friendship: I love Nadia and Marci’s friendship before Marci beat up one of her coworkers lmao
