I stayed behind to do my music homework and as I was walking home I saw my friend walking away from his house. He was crying but kind of determined and he wouldn't explain where he was going or why. I stopped for a few minutes to talk and tell him I'm here to talk and to please text me so I know he's okay. He just texted me to say he had plans to do something he'd regret and thank you for stopping by talk to him. Moral of the story - do your homework and, if you can, just a few minutes of time could help people more than you might know:)
