Any #EatPrayThug reviewer that talks about Das Racist as a “joke” rap group does not understand DR or hip hop. Period.
It’s like calling OFWGKTA, Outkast or Beastie Boys joke rap.
It’s a lazy, lazy lead that totally disregards DR’s amazing and genre pushing mixtapes in favour of talking about “Combination Pizza Hut and Taco Bell” (a song that’s always written off as a dumb joke song, which it is, but it’s also a surreal satire of rap and America).
Why do some clothes have genders? Like dresses and skirts are for girls. Seriously, why? They are pieces of fucking clothing covering the body so you don't see as many people running down the middle of the street in their birthday suits. Girls can wear pants and suits if they want to, boys can wear dresses and skirts if they want to. Why criticize clothes or the people in them?
