Now that I’ve calmed down somewhat.

I don’t really understand what the goal of this stunt was.

And honestly I’ve been disliking Cube for a long ass time and even more so after what happened with Highlight (and the pettiness that was fighting for their old name)

I’ve come to accept that the CEO and board of directors of Cube are a bunch of idiotic babies who cannot actually think with a business sense of mind.

Because as much as they want to say that their “trust” was broken, you don’t need trust to run a business. You need contracts, SIGNED CONTRACTS. And as far as I know Cube didn’t have a Dating Ban on theirs so no trust was broken.

Not to mention just cus Hyuna and Edawn worked under Cube it did not mean that Cube has a right to their whole lives. It’s impossible to try to micromanage all of their artists in such a way.

And their idiocy shows because DO THEY UNDERSTAND THAT HYUNA WAS THE MONEYMAKER?! LITERALLY THE GIRL IS ONE OF THE MOST KNOWN FEMALE SOLO ACTS AROUND THE WORLD. Even if they just know her as the gangnam style girl.

And Edawn. Who helped make music that his group uses for promotions.

AND THE IDEA THAT THEY COULDVE HAD THE FIRST IDOL DATING SUPER POWER DUET?!?! DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH MONEY THERE IS IN THAT?!

No they don’t cus all they saw was that Hyuna/Edawn went ‘behind’ their backs to tell their fans the truth. That they are in a relationship and are happy. Which like what else does a fan wish for? Cus all I want is for them to be healthy and happy and not have to worry about being kicked out of their companies for this.

So yeah #fuckCube. I will refuse to buy any merchandise even if I love BTOB/Pentagon/and recently G-IDLE because I cannot trust that the money will be used wisely.
