I like to throw/bite things when I get mad and lately, I've been getting mad at my DS but can do neither of those things because my DS is new and last time I threw it I nearly broke the screen off (also I doubt my landlord would be too please with a dent in her wall)

I need a healthy way to deal with anger help ... or to just stop playing video games that'd probably be healthier.
