Arm Update: I think I have a torn muscle or something? Like I've pulled shit in my arm before and I know how that hurts, usually it's just pain pain, gone after a few hours of rest and being grumpy. This is about dayyy....3? 4? I think it started on Sunday cause that's when I first complained about it to a co worker about 'sleeping on my side funny.'

I'm going to the doctor tomorrow for it cause like it's affecting how I function to day to day life. I've been medicating with lots of icy hot and advil combos which seem to be working to at least make the pain managable. But yesterday I existed with my arm tucked up against my torso which tbh, is the normal default for many and was honestly kinda comfy-but it did hinder my ability to do two handed things at work.

Have seen the specialist about the madness that is my hand. Specialist says it's Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (ie chronic pain), and his brilliant deduction is for me to "stop stressing and get fit and it will go away".

So. Yeah. No painkillers, no treatment, no testing. Seven months of not knowing what's going on, three months of waiting for this appointment thinking that I'm going to get some answers and finally have the pain in my blasted arm end, and then a twenty minute appointment to tell me that.

I'm going to go sob in the corner for a while now.
