Pokemon Challenge - Regional Variants! #1156 Voltsire.

Voltsire is the evolved form of Te'Roan Wooper, and is an Electric/Ground type. Like Paldean Wooper, I wanted to create an alternate evolution for it, and boy, I am so pleased with him! I knew if I was going to create a third Wooper evolution it needed to measure up to the other two. I also wanted to juxtapose Quagsire's innate goofiness and ridiculousness with a sense of majesty and you know what? I think I goddamn nailed it! That's a CREATURE!
