Today has been a BUSY day! My day today; Woke up at 3am from a nightmare with awful pain, took my meds and had a cuppa Dozed for about an hour Up at 6am doing my washout Got Emma up with a cuppa Took mum a cuppa Cleaned the bathroom Watched the sunrise with my coffee Did workout Had breakfast Rang GP to sort out Movicol cause they’ve not prescribed enough 🙈 Helped mum shower Dyed my hair Helped mum do her virtual appointment with dye on my hair 😂👍🏻 Helped put our new table together (didn’t do a lot, just held some stuff 😂) Washed my hair in the kitchen sink Cleaned my nail polish off Showered and had a pamper sesh Lunch Walked the dogs with em; 5km walk!
