So I can't get a scholarship despite my good grades because I'm a transferee and have a dual citizenship, even though i have financial problems and the person supporting me is a single parent who's too weak to work, let alone in another country.
The fuck. Don't tell me it's part of your policy when I know other transferee students who are on full scholarship right now.
