Blinking at his questions, she answered straight away despite him pushing them aside to change the subject. "I followed the spirit of Christmas." A chuckle escaped her lips as she trailed after the taller male into the quiet apartment complex. Looking around at the space, she just stood at the entrance way. Messy? The room was completely clean with a few strays of paper; that was all. "Ah? Anything is fine with me." Quickly, Yonghee slipped out of shoes, somehow finding herself to the couch.
When Taemin heard the girl’s reply as to how she knew where he lived he couldn’t help but burst out in laughter. “Well then, since you followed the Christmas spirit, I’ll act accordingly to it as well and make you a cup of hot cocoa like you’ve never drank before.” He slipped off his jacket, shoes and gloves, mentally cursing at himself for not taking a hat because his ears were cold as ice. He made his way to the kitchen, disposing of his bags and getting two big mugs. The water was already on the stove as he got out the rest of the needed ingredients. Special cocoa powder, cinnamon, whipped cream, chocolate to grate on top, two candy canes to give it a peppermint-ish taste two chocolate sticks and an orange -again to grate on top-. Once the water was boiling, he took it off the stove and started preparing the drink. Cocoa and cinnamon first, the candy cane next. Afterwards came the whipped cream, grated chocolate and grated orange skin, the chocolate stick being the last and being placed in the whipped cream so that it wouldn’t fall.
Taking the two mugs he went over where the girl was and handed one to here before taking a seat on the couch as well. “I hope you’ll like the taste though. I made it how I usually serve it to my friends and family so… yeah. I would’ve made it from actual chocolate, but melting the chocolate takes a bit of time. More than boiling the water I mean.” With a shrug of his shoulders he took a sip from the hot cocoa, groaning when he realized that he had whipped cream on his nose and wiping it away. “Always the downfall of whipped cream in a mug.”
