Weight loss journey

Began OFFICIALLY feb 4th 2015 (again) start weight was 195 i now weigh 182.5 lbs.

12 seesions left with my trainer i hope i do well.

All my life i struggled with weight and my own emotions towards it in highschool i was a solid 149.

From graduation 2009 , i went up to my heaviest 229.9 lbs and didn’t choose to change untill 2013 i went down to 172lbs. Mid 2014 i gained some weight back 199 & all last year weight flucuated from 195 to 185 & then a steady 190.

Feb 4th 2015 i decided to get a trainer and cut the bull shit. Forreal consuming about 1500-2000 calories 5days a week Im at 182.5 as of now march. 1st 2015. Its hard an emotional roller coaster i have episodes when i just wana say fuck it. But i need to keep pushing. I will not give up on myself.
