Anyone out there hold tension in their neck? 🙋🏻♀️ Between desk sitting, computer working, and well, life sometimes, I often find myself needing to bring awareness to this area of my own body. You know the feeling......your shoulders are up to your ears. Your jaw is clenched. Things are just .... tense. My own work in this area led me to create this sequence. Whether you hold tension here or not, this class is meant to be an exploration into default holding patterns. Also, given that the neck is thought to be the communication highway 🛣 between body and mind, creating some awareness and softening in this area can't be a bad thing!
