back in 2014, when i first started taking art more seriously than notebook doodles, one of my two biggest inspirations was @horrorcat. i fell totally in love with that gorgeously sketchy lineart, and this basically defined my entire art journey from that point on.

now, during my last uni vacation, i’ve been doing some serious experimenting with my art style, trying to arrive at something that really makes me happy. so, of course, i ended up redrawing some of fukari’s 2014 stuff (specifically, ‘non 4 blondes’, ‘christmas lights’, and ‘selfies sketch-dump’)

(i hope this is ok to post? with the popularity of dtiys i figured it’d be fine, but i can totally take it down - especially the last one, it being a self-portrait and all)
