I suddenly realised what part of my problem is. Why I can't leave Infinity War behind. It's because that scene doesn't even make sense.

One (1) of the maddest things is that line that has been hailed as "And at that moment, Loki became an Avenger!" WHY THEN? Why would Loki let Thor suffer at the hands of Thanos FIRST before bringing in the fkg Hulk ??? What, was the Hulk sitting over to the left there, twiddling his ginormous green thumbs, not getting involved till his cue? FFS.
Seriously. The stupid outcome wrecks my heart but the stupid scene fks with my brain. Sacrificed himself for his brother? Really? How? Wtf? And where did he go? Wtaf?
