Golden rays from the sunset cascaded among the forest illuminating the trees. It was fairly peaceful as Naruto dragged his feet along the dirt path,exhausted. He had just completed a mission with the other members of team 7. While they went to celebrate the missions success, Naruto passed on the idea, wanting to do nothing more than go home and rest. He was just on the outskirts of Konoha, but his aching muscles protested as he kept walking. 'Eh?' Naruto noticed a figure a few feet up ahead, leaning against a tree. Still, Naruto thought nothing of it and continued down the path. As he got closer to the figure, he gradually began to look more and more familiar, though it was still difficult to make him out because he was faced the opposite direction. Stepping on a rather loud leaf, Naruto caught the attention of the mystery male, causing him to turn to face him. Naruto's eyes widened, unable to believe who was standing before him. That pale skin. Those dark eyes. That hair. It's... "S-Sasuke?"
