Steven Universe Art? After the show ended? From me, who tends to forget I like SU? Surprising, I know.
Tumblr recommended me a nice lil blog, @fullgemau, and I adore their steven already. His design is neat (in all forms), and it’s really good all-round (Plus the colors aren’t too saturated, which is always a great factor to me.)
I chose his season one design for their au to draw since I like to draw collars (If you couldn’t tell by how many characters of mine wear collared shirts. I have an issue)
so i was reading “pink curls and panic attacks” https://archiveofourown.org/works/23397871/chapters/56072086 and had an idea for an au where Steven is all diamond, sort of made after pink was shattered by rose (like the pieces cam together eventually but pink was too broken so he was made as like a new program) que mother/son like bonding from rose and stebe, lots of truama, and non bubbled biz! Renascence au!!!
finally found where pearl fits into the renascence au, the angry woods hobo who refuses to talk to the cg’s and becomes overprotective bird mom to Steven.
Had an idea for a full Gem Steven concept. First image would be S1-5 and the second would be CYM, movie and SUF. The final image is one of S1-5!FullGem!Steven meeting his cannon counterpart.
