The episode is about Dennis acting extremely shady which makes Dee, Charlie and Frank assume he must be a killer, but the real reveal that Mac and Dennis have secretly started a romantic relationship and just aren't public with it yet (so a spiritual sequel to Mac Is A Serial Killer but without the transphobia/queerphobia)
