Special : Animate - Cooldown 4. When special triggers, stop combat. After combat, foe inflicted with status preventing them from counterattacking, and skips its next turn after combat through their next actions. (Skill not inheritable) This is basically the thing he can do with his cellphone
B : Guard - A vague reference to him trying to protect women from violence. I was thinking of Obstruct but that skill is useless...
C : Res Ploy - To show that he is a ‘mage’. An even more vague reference to ‘Resistance’ being to animation techniques, and ‘Ploy’ being what he did near the end of the anime. He has high ‘Res’ as I imagine he would be able to ‘resist’ his own techniques.

multiple save files = best friend. Accidentally saved it when it was 72% scaled (for testing it with the FEH GUI). So I loaded up a previous save and redid the changes. Need my boy in 100% quality, yo.
