So it was 2:30pm and I had not thought about dinner at all. I was going to go out with friends but then weather made us reschedule our night. I didn’t want to order in because I have eaten out a lot recently. I texted my mom and she had thrown chicken in the crockpot and was going to make noodles. I immediately thought of making this “Olive Garden” chicken pasta because I had all of the ingredients. But it goes in the crockpot and I certainly didn’t have enough time to thaw chicken and cook it. So I improvised. I thawed the chicken (quickly, but safely) and threw the dish in the oven at 425. Instead of taking 4 hours it took 15 minutes and I had this amazing dinner.
