fult culture is seeing all of these poorly managed fults (never any activity or updates from the leader, little to no mod team, lack of information on anything) and just going... man, we could do 20 times better. we could make a proper group out of this. you had SUCH a great idea here but you aren't DOING anything with it EVER...
