I haven't felt this low in a while
Ugh
I can’t sleep. If it’s one thing that I miss, it’s definitely sleeping. After being diagnosed with Lupus mid May, I haven’t had a good night of sleep since. It really bothers me that I sleep two hours at a time. I don’t know, maybe it’s because when I’m up late, I tend to think negatively. I need to find a better state of mind when I’m up at 2 am.
On a side note, I have about 4 or 5 different doctors working my case. I’m not sure if I’m happy that I need a whole team for everything going on and that maybe it’ll help me a lot more since I have them working together or if it worries me that since I have so many doctors, it’ll be more serious than I’m letting myself to believe.
I’ve never been one to ask for help. So I’m not sure how to feel. I need someone to rant to at 2 am.
Fuck, I feel whiny as fuck and it’s not easy.
