@m1sosazai replied to your post “thinking about Akari and Ingo’s first meeting in...”:
I think it would be funny if (like when going from unova to hisui he got more formal and called ppl/Pokemon "lady" and "Lord") ingo acclimating to modern day got less formal. He's still p formal but he's learned to call ppl "miss" and "mr." and "mrs." (and tries his best to pronounce "mx." lmao) by now! (Okay i just think it'd be funny if he went back and accidentally called lady sneasler "miss sneasler".)
The thing is, Ingo actually doesn’t get more formal upon arrival to Hisui! He’s always been that formal! His whole thing in the og Japanese version is that he uses the watakushi pronoun to refer to himself which is like... super incredibly formal. This is in direct contrast to Emmet’s boku, which is a lot more casual. This is just something that is unfortunately lost in translation, though there certainly was an attempt (Ingo’s verbose speech vs Emmet’s blunt speech). Which is sad, because it was another fun way for the twins to contrast each other.
shit i forgot to send a fact this morning. okay ummm lemme dig into my brain.... OH, did you know that in Welsh folklore, corgis were the preferred method of transportation for fairies.
ohhh i love this one. i would truly sacrifice my soul to be a fairy riding a corgi.
another random, happy(?) fact, when a person is carrying a baby (as in pregnant), the baby is technically healing the mother from internal energies and repairs cells. see you tmr with my fact! xxx
omg i feel like i’ve heard this before and it’s so interesting. i love that energy little baby. good for u
food for thought:
unless u've undergone some serious body modification in ur life, u've most likely toweled urself off in the exact same way every time, once u started bathing urself.
This is a genuine flyer at a Perth uni...
fun fact ladies: did you know that if you wear a dress out and about, it gives men permission to touch you without your consent??? and when you tell them to fuck off, you're totally acting like a "vicious cunt" and you shouldn't dress nice if you don't want men to touch you?????
sweet, huh!!!!!!!!!
