Fun Facts
Roth keeps a consistent routine of jogging in the mornings. He normally does this alone, while listening to his Sony Walkman.
On principle, Roth refuses to deal with necromancy. He finds the practice disgusting and beyond the pale of “decency”.
Roth’s occult study contains many strange and dangerous artifacts. One being the desecrated idol of some sort of strange deity. It has the body of a man, but the head of an octopus. With leathery wings pinned on his back. The face has been carved up and vandalized. The idol was connected to a bizarre case of murder/suicide in Rhode Island, back in 1966.
Inside the study, Roth keeps a poster dating back to the 1890s. The poster is in French, promoting Le Roi en Jaune, an obscure play banned by The French Government for unknown reasons. Rumors around the play describe madness, murder and mass civil unrest regarding its premier. The poster itself shows a figure dressed in tattered yellow robes, wearing a pallid mask. The poster causes a sense of unease and paranoia.
