alksjf yeah ! in my lab we work with neurons? long story short, one thing we can do with them in order to see them is make them fluorescent it ends up kind of looking like this picture? the green stuff is the neuron and the blue stuff is the dna so wherever the neuron + dna overlapp thats one cell...so what i do is take images like that one i linked to (except mine can be a lot more busier like counting up to 200-300 per image) and literally count each cell...like we have something that keeps track of how many cells we count so it’s not really hard...but its still kinda tedious...
