Biting my nails off for tomorrow’s Boruto ep (247)
I can’t take this arc anymore…
Seiren is to die
Ikada will get worse
Boruto? Please don’t lose your mind
Araumi- TRY AGAIN B*TCH AND YOULL GET T*RTU RED AGAIN. Don’t mess with Chojuro.
Anyways from the summary I really can’t tell what will happen, I think it’ll be mostly building up, with Seiren and Ikada… Boruto’s gang getting tense. And we’ll see the enemies next plan. I hope to see Chojuro and what the mists plan will be! All we have seen from them is the stand off on the ships so far..
There’s something eerie about Ikada’s boss, I think there is more to unravel about the pair. This is just my opinion, maybe he’s strict on Ikada with good intention and wants the best for him. Or maybe he’s connected to the darker side of the pirate clan. Am I missing something?
If I'm not mistaken, there's a protest by the fishermen during the launching of Shinonome 1. I like how this is revisited again to remind audience that not everyone in the Hiddest Mist is on board with the nation's modernization efforts.
It also offers an explanation as to why the Funato clan is popular among the population and is able to operate for so long. Why would anyone willingly join a clan that kills and steals from others? There's a not exhaustive list of reasons: people fear them; people see eye to eye with them in terms of values on piracy; piracy offers a way to survive; people just want to learn cool ninjutsus!
And then there's this reason - the Funato clan provides a way to stop a "bigger" threat to livelihood.
The Funatos want nothing but to live as pirates but others may see them as a way to stop a government that's screwing with them. And honestly? You can't really blame the people.
Kind of like him🙄
