FUNLAND PREDATORS AND PREY

PREY: Squirrels, Rats, Mice, Small Birds, Fish, Toads, Frogs, armadillo, gopher, muskrat, shrew, vole

PREDATORS: Florida Panther (rare but they do see them) Black Bear (rare but they do see them) Alligators, Crocodiles, coyotes, grey fox, red fox

AquaClan are really the only fishers and are suited to the water but they get exposed to more gators than any clan.

Panthers and Bears are a call to arms for all clans to attack as are crocodiles.

FunClan is light and dainty which makes them great at catching birds, however what they're really good at is hunting moles, gophers and other creatures hiding in their game boxes.

RideClan likes birds the best but they can bring down big prey because they group hunt a lot.

THE CLANS OF FUNLAND

A little descriptor of the Clans of Funland!

TENTCLAN

Kind Hearted, Unique, Freaks

TentClan live under the big top and in the fenced in area where the freakshow and circus was. Proud and loving, TentClan embraces the freaky and unique and no cat will ever get left behind because of a so called flaw. Currently led by the crafty and devious Freakstar.

FUNCLAN

Funny, Competitive, Artists

Dainty and delicate but smart as anything these cats are the fun loving, crafty cats of Funland. Called riddlers by the other clans, you can always be in for a good time with these amusing cats. Currently led by the young, inexperienced Ringstar.

RIDECLAN

Lighthearted, Brave, Daredevils

Get out of their way! Rideclan cats will run you over if you get in their way. Brash and bossy, Rideclan cats live for the thrill and celebrate beauty and flawlessness, sometimes to a fault. Currently led by the fast talking Coasterstar.

AQUACLAN

Soft Spoken, Generous, Swimmers

The quietest clan, Aquaclan minds their business and enjoys the peace and quiet of their isolated water rides. They would give anyone the pelt off their backs and often are seen helping kittypets and loners who have lost their way. Currently led by the powerful and honest Frightstar.

“WHAT IS THAT?!” Jayspring yowled as Coinkit bounded up to the patrol. Horror gripped Brokensong’s eyes and form as Coinkit mewed, finding his way to her and burying his face in her fur. “Brokensong?”      

“Coinkit! Coinkit!” Brokensong’s fear grew as she heard an approaching TentClan patrol. Jaggedfoot’s own eyes widened in horror as he spotted the FunClan patrol. And little Coinkit huddling against his adopted mother. “Oh no…”

“TentClan! I should have known!” Clownfoot hissed, “Stay off our turf and take your weird looking kit with you!”

“Leave him alone! He can’t help the way he looks!” Brokensong yowled at her clanmates without thinking. She winced as Clownfoot, Jayspring and the others looked at her.

“What’re you saying, Brokensong?” Jayspring questioned.

“Who cares,” Clownfoot yowled, “Get yourselves and your kit off of our turf!” Aldertail and Foxpetal snarled behind Jaggedfoot who was staring straight at Brokensong. Raggedchance stared with narrowed eyes at her as well.

“Why does that thing know you?” He grumbled. Coinkit whimpered and closed his quartet of eyes, covering his ears to avoid Raggedchance’s voice.

“Stop it, you’re frightening him,” Brokensong growled. Raggedchance sneered at Jaggedfoot.

“Is this why you’ve been sneaking off?” He bellowed, “Not to hunt but to spend time with this...FunClan she-cat!”

“That’s not true!” Jayspring yowled, “Brokensong would never betray her clan like that! Right?” Brokensong’s eyes narrowed. “Right, Brokensong?” Brokensong’s lips pulled back in a sneer.

“Brokensong tell us,” Clownfoot said, “What exactly have you been doing?” Coinkit let out a few pathetic mews and pawed at the molly who calmed him with soft coos. “So it’s true.”

“Yes,” Brokensong said, “Yes I found this kit. I found it with Jaggedfoot. He’s my son.”

Brokensong is discovered by her clan when Coinkit misses her so much he runs away to try and find her. Jayspring, who is in love with her, is heartbroken when she announces what she did.

The founds of WaterClan and FunClan, Aqua and Target. Aqua is a silly kitty who likes to show off and entertain the humans of the park with her swimming. She's a little sensitive and prone to crying. Target is an aloof huntress who speaks in rhyme and loves a good riddle.
