Oh, it’s all gone wrong, hasn’t it? It’s all crazy. And not the me kind of crazy where it’s all in good fun and we all have a great laugh about it later on. It’s a hard, drawn out, fucked up kind of crazy. I don’t know how much longer I’ll last in here, Arthur. Azkaban kills, slowly, but not slow enough.

We’ve got so much, Arthur. We’ve got so much and we’ve fought so hard for it, it just feels unfair that it all be taken away now. But I suppose that’s what happens in a war.

They’ve taken my daughter, Arthur. I don’t know where she is. Find her, please. Find her and Harry and take care of them, please. Tell her that I love her. She trusts you.

Her eyes held those of the older man for a few moments, her teeth pressing together, and shakily she took a deep breath to calm herself before turning her back again. The witch fought to keep her hands steady as she once more picked up the pitcher of water that rested on the dripping counter top to try and pour herself a glass.
