Funeral Disease is the self-titled debut album. This is a work whose focus is on the convergence between Funeral Doom practiced by Misanthropic (Brazil) and Atmospheric DSBM practiced by Vanskapt (Sweden). Not as a mere aesthetic fusion, but as a unique expression of weight, repetition and emotional exhaustion. The compositions develop slowly and densely, while the vocals lead an introspective and existential narrative. There is no intention of comfort or immediate identification, just the continued exposure of a state of ruin. Our lyrical themes address pain, nihilism, misanthropy, decadence and the absence of hope.
