I’ve always really liked the fungusaur as a concept. To me its a really great blend of card mechanics and flavor, and nothing about them ever seemed inherently dangerous to me. Why would a predator need to waste calories on developing a huge body and thick skin anyway? More likely they’re big blind morons who don’t like being stressed out. I was actually really sad they didn’t make a reappearance in Ixalan, seeing as their creature type is fungus dinosaur.
