that's exactly where it would go. progressive discipline up to and including termination is best HR practice so erin would be the one recommending that holtz be fired if she had any further offences in her personnel file

Erin looks at the board, all red and angry and cancelled, “Y’know,” she turns to Holtz, who looks up from trying to find a solution to this mess on her phone, “I don’t really wanna see my family this year, anyways.”
