These BBQ beef tacos will make lunch fun! The beef mixture is saucy and has just the right amount of BBQ flavors. It is served in crispy taco shells with ranch-flavored dressing and cheddar cheese on top. These tacos are different and tasty, and the whole family will love them.
Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef. 1/2 cup BBQ sauce. 1/4 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup diced bell peppers. 1/4 cup ranch dressing. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 8 small taco shells. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish optional. Sour cream for serving optional.
Instructions: Over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef in a large skillet until it is browned and done. Get rid of any extra fat. Put the bell peppers and onions that have been cut up into the pan with the beef. After two to three minutes, they will start to get soft. Add the BBQ sauce and stir it in. Cook for another two to three minutes, until the beef is hot and the sauce is thick. Add pepper and salt to taste. Follow the directions on the package to warm up the taco shells. Place some BBQ beef inside each taco shell. Put ranch dressing on top of the beef in each taco. Add more cheddar cheese shreds on top of the beef and ranch dressing. If you want, you can add chopped fresh cilantro as a garnish. If you want, you can serve the BBQ Beef Tacos with sour cream on the side. Have fun with your tasty and saucy BBQ beef tacos!
