I forgot that today was Fathers Day, so I made my dad a card last minute. Apparently I wasn't the only one who forgot, so on the inside of the card, I wrote "I made you a card... that's more than some people did..." He opened it in front of the rest of the family.... They were not amused. 🙃

my mom knows how annoying it can be around things like my bday where all the cards from extended family say girl or granddaughter or something similar on them, and she somehow managed to find the perfect card to make it worth it

i mean look at it! it's so good! i'm so lucky to have supportive parents, today was a pretty good birthday :)
