oh god i remembered soup existed and i was so sure to find it well alive and populated and... ugh...

omg i was so surprised by soup being like dead, after that kinda mass migration a few years back like, it obvi didnt take which is kinda concerning for the longivity of these other new ones, not to get long here but the life and death cycle of sites is being like disrupted by sites being owned by massive companies maybe sites wont die anymore and we’ll just have to work around restrictive coporate handed down rules and using like pirate coding to get sites to work in a reasonable way while spreading out into greater niches for various things both as a side effect of having to be a Brand to maintain a revenue flow and to control the flow of information both in and out and the freedom of (so like instagram, snapchat, and like amino and how pillowfort /masterdon/discord are set up)
