Demons shouldn't have an imagination. If it happens more than once, it looks like an institutional problem. Which is why Furfur, lowly requisitions worker and ex-Ars Goetia, does his best to follow the rules and fly under the radar. But things change, demons change - and maybe, just maybe, they aren't the only thing in Hell that could do with an overhaul. Or, In which Furfur the demon lets obsession get the better of him, and in doing so accidentally re-writes some of the very rules he breaks. Or, take 2, A reasonable explanation for why Furfur might tell humans he has a desk job rather than a place in an elite order of demons.
