"There's five heartbeats." The doctor said with a smile which was interrupted by the laughter that erupted from the teenagers. "Great joke!" Dean said, wiping a fake tear away. "No, seriously, is it a boy or a girl?" Emerald asked as her laughter started to die down.
It was the serious look on the doctor's face that made both of them start to feel slightly sick with worry. "There's five heartbeats." The words were repeated which caused both Dean and Emerald to look at one another in shock. Emerald was the first one to break the silence with "-- You are never touching me again." Dean's reaction to the statement was simply "There's five people in you. Five. You're going to pop out an army."
