They're meant to be the coldhearted ones, but yeah. They're a little mushier than I expected. Maybe they'd be better off together.

Okay, I tried to do it and yeah, no. I can't do it. Wow, old man? Bitch, last time I checked, I was younger than you. If I'm old, you need a zimmar frame.

I did come by every day, but you were pretty quiet, and it was hard to carry on a conversation. I’m pretty happy that it’s old news, because now the conversation is much more fulfilling. Knitting? I think I’d be bored after a little while. Mock as you wish, but I actually think he does. I hadn’t had a chance to tell you about it, because it sort of happened the night before the Games, and then you sort of… well, you know, died for awhile. But the night before the Games, he told me he loved me. I think he was a little disappointed with my reply. He went quiet after I told him there was no way he could.

I mean I could become mute like Astrid, but something's telling me that'd be about as fun as jamming my hand in a door. Hey! Don't knock knitting, was gonna make you a scarf stitched with love.-- ...SERIOUSLY?!

Oh, my God. He loves you, he actually loves you. When's the wedding? Can I be the maid of honor? Do I get to wear a big frilly dress? You know that I can rock a pair of pumps.

It was easy at first. I mean, there was the bonus of knowing that the Games were over and that everyone was going to come back. Plus, having Garnet, Ruby, and Iris was helpful— and Val too, of course. People made it easier to get by, and I think by time I got restless, everyone started waking up. I think I’m good to keep from being restless for awhile. I’m not sure if he thinks that or not, but that’s just the vibe I’m getting. And if it’s true, then it’s extra stupid. If I’m being honest though, I think he feels a little stronger for me than I feel for him.

And you had me. Kinda. I mean, I was in a coma, but you said something about coming by every day. Must've been a shitty conversation partner, but hey, old news, right? Tell you what we should take up? Knitting, I heard it's very therapeutic. Feels stronger? What? Like, d'ya think he loooooves you?

We’ll go home. I don’t know when— but we’ll go home. If the Capitol hasn’t already kicked down Thirteen’s door yet, I’m sure we’ll be okay. We’ve got to be a big enough threat to have held out still. It’s not like it’s anything against him. I just don’t— I don’t know. He can be comforting, but it’s not really the same. That’s what I’ve told him, but I guess he doesn’t completely believe it.

I'd rather it was sooner than later. No idea how you've spent this long in this place without going mad. Maybe he needs to kinda take a step back and see that I'm not trying to 'move in on you', if that's what he's worried about. Besides, if he can't actually accept the fact that we're just friends then he needs to get some kinda reality check. Sorry if I'm being a dick, but if he's pissed at me for being friends with you then he can bite me.

"There's five heartbeats." The doctor said with a smile which was interrupted by the laughter that erupted from the teenagers. "Great joke!" Dean said, wiping a fake tear away. "No, seriously, is it a boy or a girl?" Emerald asked as her laughter started to die down. 

It was the serious look on the doctor's face that made both of them start to feel slightly sick with worry. "There's five heartbeats." The words were repeated which caused both Dean and Emerald to look at one another in shock. Emerald was the first one to break the silence with "-- You are never touching me again." Dean's reaction to the statement was simply "There's five people in you. Five. You're going to pop out an army."

I don’t so much want to go somewhere that looks like home. I literally just want to go home, because I think anything else wouldn’t be good enough. I don’t know why he’d be weirded out. I’m wondering if he’s just put off that I’m not going to him, but considering the nightmares aren’t even about him… Yeah, it just doesn’t make as much sense to go to him. It sounds a little crazy, but I honestly think he does have a twinge of it.

Trust me, I think everyone wants to go home. I'm just feeling, to coin a phrase, like a fish out of water. If I can't go home, I want a place that kinda reminds me of it. Mmh, well if you don't wanna go to him then he can't exactly force you. Wait-- seriously?! I was kidding. He...He does know we're just friends, right?

That’s just going to make me miss home even more than I already am. And no— you didn’t do anything. He’s just being a little silly, if you ask me. I guess the other night he came to try to find me, but I wasn’t there. He didn’t say why, but I’m guessing we’re not the only ones with… well, anyway. He was a little weirded out when I told him I was with you.

I just wanna go somewhere that looks like home, maybe if I use my imagination enough it might seem like I'm there for a little while. -- With...nightmares? Well, I was kinda expecting other people to have them but why would he be weirded out that you came to my room? I mean, when I have one I either go to you or to Emme. Mainly you. Heh, maybe he's jealous.

You can totally go ask them, but I guess just be ready for the answer to be either way. Everything’s just… super bland around here. And a little tense— although that may be coming more from the Two civilians instead of the Thirteen.

Psh, if they don't have any I'll find some markers or something. We need to splash some colour around here, to be honest. I'm thinking some blues and some greens to give the place a more sea-like feel, y'know? And, yeah. Brianna I can understand, but what's up with Mason? I said hi to him and he drew me death daggers. Did I do something?

—Would they? I guess it probably depends on if they had time to pack that kind of stuff, or if they even still had it. I wouldn’t put it passed some of these people to confiscate it on arrival. Total spoilsports around here.

I don't know, but it wouldn't hurt to ask, right? Besides, messing around with make up to at least try and enjoy this holiday is better than nothing. Sucks that they don't have candy around here. Or even Four's bread. I'd settle for that.

Thirteen really is no fun at all. I tried to tell some of them I saw today that the place really needed a few decorations, and I got the strangest looks.

Well we're being made to wear grey clothes, maybe the colour reflects on their personalities. I dunno, I just miss getting candy for dressing up in costumes. I think I might try and see if I can dig out some stuff to paint my face with. -- Wait, some of the stylists are here, right? Shouldn't they have some make up?

Halloween really isn’t as much fun cooped up in Thirteen. I tried to make myself some homemade cat ears so I could at least have something, but that’s been a flop.

I was thinking about cutting some eye holes in a sheet and seeing if I could spook anyone. Something's telling me that it'd be a liiittle bit of a flop. Sheets aren't that scary, especially grey ones.
