For some reason, I have always loved the alternate 17 and 18 from the future.
It's just something about their villainy which interests me. They're dangerous and they know their dangerous. Perhaps it stems from my interest in psychology - but they were really wired to hate humanity despite being humans themselves.
To me - I think Dr Gero was truly the blame because he MADE them into the monsters they were and they didn't know anything better.
So I wonder if perhaps in their time line (perhaps a little OOC) of the two meeting someone and to feel that sense of humanity again. Although then again, they would probably have to learn how to feel emotions as I doubt they would understand them in a positive manner.
I know that future krillin unfortunately met his end, but it fascinates of the possibility of him humanising 18 in some kind of way, that perhaps she felt attraction but wouldnt understand it due to her programming.
Therefore, krillin teaches her how to feel and perhaps her interest would be peaked in him anymore because it was something different she would feel in comparison to her usual carnage with 17.
Sorry for my rambling, not even sure if it makes sense...
Never apologize for rambling!!!
i love getting messages ^_^.
I see your standpoint, and yes, absolutely Gero is to blame for everything regarding the twins, whether it's the main or future timeline.
Future 17 and 18 are very intriguing and I like to see how much our main timeline twins differ from them, in a great way. Personally, I don't see their future counterparts as able to have a redemption arc, so to speak, if they hadn't been defeated by Trunks, and that's okay too. Their differences are what makes them interesting.
Thanks for your input♥
