In the last few days, I was really not motivated for my au pair year because of the farewells and because I won't be able to search for a relationship (there won't be a boy who would like the fact that I'm flying away). But yesterday, I bought the birthday presents for my family and also my cases and I got sooo excited and happy! I really love this family already and relationships are not everything. This year in America will be so unique and special, I can't wait to go there and I will do everything to keep me motivated! 😊

I can’t believe that I found the perfect host family and that they are interested in me, too! Maybe I found my final match today *_*

Little update from my Au Pair application: I am now officially in the program and the last thing I have to do is to upload my passport! Tomorrow, my mom and I will order my passport and then I will have it probably in around 3 weeks...what means, that maybe in one month, I will be searching for host families *_*

Btw, I am really thinking about creating an own blog (not like this on Tumblr, I mean a normal blog)...I don’t know, but I like the idea of creating something about my journey.

Au Pair Interview

So yesterday I had my interview with the counsellor from my agency and it was sooo good! She loved my whole application and she added many childcare experiences, so now I have a total number of 1906 hours in childcare experiences, which is so unbelievable! And the english part was no problem, it was very easy for me and my interviewer loved it! Now I am waiting for the letter of my agency!

Please hope with me that I have a nice health insurance who will give me at least some of my money back!

And btw, yesterday was a really stressful day for me, but today is much better and I am feeling relaxed and happy again! Just think positive and keep believing, you will make it!

Guys, I am soooo happy right now! Today I got the date for my interview with my counsellor from the Au Pair agency and it will be in 3 1/2 weeks! Oh my god, I am sooo nervous and have so many things to do but I am totally ready to start this adventure! (actually I wanted to finish my english essay, but I think I don’t have clear thoughts rn)

Maybe some of you have read my post yesterday where I was stressing about my medical form for my application and it wasn’t as bad as I thought. I will get money back from my health insurance and also the doctor didn’t say anything about money. So what did I learn?

Sometimes, you just should relax and let things happen, instead of worrying about them for hours.

Au Pair Stuff

So some of you may know that I am currently in the Au Pair application process and I just thought of posting some things that go on in my head (just because I am a bit too lazy to start a whole new blog for Au Pair and I doubt that anyone would read it). 

Well, I am so afraid of my test at the doctor. Not because of the immunization, but because of the money. I am so afraid to have too little money because right now, my life is kinda expensive: My new room, birthdays and then the whole Au Pair program. I am so glad, when the money thing will get better, so that I can relax a bit more.
