Hear me out:
Future Guy is Wesley Crusher and he’s lost his mind trying to correct an issue in the timeline no one in the eras of ENT, DSC/SNW/TOS, or TNG/DS9/VOY/LD/PRO knows about yet
I was inspired to make this picture after seeing Star Trek Timelines character Sprite of Pathfinder Uhura which was made as a tribute to the late Nichelle Nichols
I was going to have Saavik in the picture however the character sprite art clashed with the other characters perhaps with the passing of Kristy Alley a new Saavik character will be made
If you haven't seen this fan film, put aside 90 minutes to do so. This is where we finally meet Future Guy, learn a bit about Iconians and see some of the Earth/Romulan war.
Entry 676: "Future Guy"
Home World: Unknown
Occupation: Mysterious figure of the series
First Appearance: "Broken Bow” (ENT, 2001)
Summary: The true identity, species, or even motivation of this mysterious humanoid remains unknown. Hailing from the 26th century, he was one of several factions from the Temporal Cold War who sought to change history for their own ends. Manipulating the Suliban into obeying him in exchange for various future technologies, his plans generally involved influencing the political climate of the era, presumably to his own benefit. 31st-century Temporal Agents found him to be particularly worrisome, as he had discovered a method of communicating (but not travelling) through time without being detected. The first time that United Earth became aware of his plans was during the "Broken Bow" incident, during which it was revealed that he was attempting to start a civil war within the young Klingon Empire. The last time he was ever seen was when he apparently warned Captain Jonathan Archer about the threat of the Xindi, who were attempting to destroy Earth at the behest of another faction. It's believed that he was somehow erased from history afterward, or caught by Starfleet Temporal Agents, as he was never seen again afterward.
Dear FB.
You make me really fucking happy. 😊😅
Future Guy: The Xindi are changing timeline and That’s Bad (TM).
Me: You don’t say.
