Future & Juice WRLD - WRLD ON DRUGS | ALBUM REVIEW
WRLD ON DRGUS is a project that I don’t think many people expected to receive, but it’s something that dropped all in good timing. With Juice WRLD’s huge blow up and the constant cry for more music from Future, it made sense to drop something around this time.
And in all honesty it’s not too bad. Strangely enough Future and Juice show they have good chemistry together on the project, without stepping on each others toes.
The message behind the album along with the title is a little unclear. It’s like the pair are saying in a nutshell: “Hey we do drugs because we can and it’s lit. Everybody’s on drugs now. But it’s not lit. Because it will fuck up your life. Please don’t do drugs”
Their are certainly some bangers on here which is expected, however I feel like Juice WRLD carries the bulk of this project on his shoulders with Future trailing behind.
Their are a few “plot holes” in this album though. Juice WRLD is literally bragging about cashing out on Make It Back, then on Realer N Realer he speaks on not enough people talking about saving money. I know he put his hands up seconds later to admit he does the same but, it didn’t really make sense.
Overall it’s a decent project with nice production. Could be better, but it works out as a casual listen
