Any fans thinking about buying VIP for any upcoming Ghost concerts....

If the company providing VIP is future-beat, just be aware of some issues we encountered with our very expensive VIP tickets.

We bought VIP with meet & greet. I think everyone already knows the meet & greet is a cattle drive. Move ‘em in, move ‘em out. That’s fine. I suspected that already. 

Just a quick hello & a group photo, no autographs. That was fine with us since we were going to receive a special art poster that was signed... except we didn’t. They said they would be mailed to us. Our show was on April 20th, 2016. It is July 25th and we still haven’t received the signed (or stamped) poster.

They also did not have the offering plate and said those, too, would be mailed to us. We still have not received them. 

Also, they don’t do the meet & greet before they open the doors to the general public, so the fact that they supposedly also include “early entry” is really pointless. You can enter early, but if you want your photo with the band, you will have to abandon your post at the barricade, which may be problematic for those of us who see elbow jabbing your way up to the front as rude. 

I have been emailing the company about the missing items. They said a month ago that the items were in and about to be shipped. 

Now their email address, [email protected], bounces back as they have been flagged by spamhaus and there is no direct way of contacting them. I have had to take to their facebook and a contact form on their website... still waiting for a response. Very unprofessional.

I love our photo with the band. But, I just want people to be fully aware of what they may or may not receive, since, I know for me at least, it took me months to save the money for these 2 tickets and it has, in the end, sadly, made me come to the conclusion that I don’t think I will EVER purchase meet & greet tickets again.

I have done some checking around on review sites and their service is abysmal. I really hope Ghost and their management realize this is not good for business & finds some other way to handle VIP tickets.
