April 28th I'm participating in Yoga Reaches Out because I want to help Boston Children's Hospital continue its amazing work for kids and families. During this day-long yogathon, more than 1,000 yogis will come together for an inspirational day of yoga, music, and fundraising - all to help bring peace and healing to others. I like to use yoga for a cool down at the moment. I find that I add another dimension to my workout and it really calms the body, which is great for me since I like to workout in the evening/night; after a nice, relaxing shower I find it easier to fall asleep.
