I know you've already posted your opinions on Todd's voice (which I adore tysm) but I've been thinking about it, and something I've considered is him sounding like the frontman from Vundabar, especially since their song Holy Toledo reminds me of pre-Dirk Todd!! Also thank you for putting out such cool art bc I also just watched the show within the past few months and it was an immediate hyperfixation, so seeing new art and knowing the fandom isnt dead makes me really happy

(I don't mean to contradict or dismiss your ideas of Todd's voices it's just really fun to think about)

firstly let me assure you i don’t feel dismissed - i love having conversations like this and my intention was to invite other people’s ideas. everyone’s headcanons are super exciting. it’s fun to know what others are thinking about, and then to expand what sorts of things i want to think about for his voice. plus i’m getting great music recs from the whole thing too ;)

you don’t need my validation on your headcanon. however. i’m really into this as todd. i’m not familiar with this band but i dig their sound and i can’t wait to listen to more. (the falsetto in oulala? chef’s kiss.) i can easily close my eyes and see todd and amanda jamming in the garage around a mess of pedals and wires and making something like this as a product.

lastly thank you so, so much for your kind words about my art. i literally just watched the show this month and was immediately drawn to make art before i even considered there might be an active fandom. i assumed i was years too late for anyone to be interested still. but to my surprise it turns out there is, so being able to have a blog and share ideas and art and passion with people is wildly fulfilling. thank you for enjoying my art, and thank you especially for sharing your thoughts! x

i do! ive always had rly vivid dreams (usually nightmares) and i rmr the most oddly specific ones from years and years ago. when i was little i had a dream that i was sitting at the top of a very high hill watching a beautiful sunset and i felt a presence beside me and i said ‘isnt it pretty?’ and there was no response so i looked over at the person and it was capital-d Death and i said ‘please dont kill me’ and then i woke up
