Jonathan from The Sound Stage recently introduced Fuzzy Mood (模糊情绪) from Beijing. As always, the clip begins with an intro/skit by Jonathan, followed by an interview with the band. If you want to skip straight to the song (FC), move ahead to 4:40. The simplest label for their style would be rock, but expanded, à la post-rock, verging on psychedelic. Han Ai (韩艾) sings in a distant, yearning wail. It's a beautiful overall sound. You can hear their album in its entirety over on their site. If you want to start with their most conventional pop song, play Plastic June. Mathman is one where they get a bit tricky. =) They are another band on Modern Sky label, and they released their debut full length, Martingale, in 2013. They also have a 2011 ep, Those Freezing Days. All 5 of the ep songs are included on Martingale. (I don't know if they were re-recorded for the Modern Sky debut)
