Freunde von Freunden  is really excited to be nominated for the Best Radio Show award under the Mix Series category in the first ever Mixcloud & IRF Online Radio Awards. 

We can’t wait for the final results to be announced tomorrow but whatever the outcome we’re happy to have our FvF Mixtapes considered among the likes of Oki-Ni, Fader and XLR8R to name a few.

FvF Mixtape #73 by DJ Phono

Living between Hamburg and Berlin, DJ Phono aka Henning Besser started out as a Hip-Hop DJ in his younger years. He can often be found in Hamburg’s famed night spots playing his electronic tunes while creating music for Hamburg label Diynamic. As an ode to his performance at Fusion Festival this year, DJ Phono has put together a mixtape featuring artists such as DJ Koze and Daniel Bortz, on Freunde von Freunden.
