After months of living with the older man - and years longer still of simply knowing the other and being in his company - Wonshik is no longer surprised when the sound of a door being ripped nearly off its hinges echoes loudly from behind, the customary prelude to Hakyeon’s arrival anywhere. He looks up from where he’s sprawled on the bed, squinting when unwelcome light spills into the darkened room following his roommate and long-time friend.
Hakyeon appears to be waving something in his hand, a thin sliver of a shadow that fades in and out of the brunette’s vision but which is no-less identifiable as that dreadful pamphlet ( something about a ball or another being held in town for the upcoming Halloween festivities ) he’d found in the mail earlier this morning. “Come in and close the door already,” Wonshik grumbles and lets his head drop onto the pillow once more. “And there’s nothing to tell. If you wanna go suit yourself.”
A chuckle follows Wonshik's grumbles. Closing the door casts the room in total darkness. Hakyeon has no trouble seeing through it as it comes with being friends with Wonshik. "You're just like a vampire, hiding away in your dark hole." Hakyeon grins as he eyes the curtains. "Will you hiss at me if I let the wonderful sun in? " He teases the younger as he pushes the curtains back, only a small sliver of light entering the room and warming Hakyeon's skin but after a moment he quickly closes them again.
"But that's besides the point!" He plops down onto Wonshik's bed, barely missing his legs. "I can't go alone. What if I get hungry during it? You know I can't control myself when I'm in large gatherings." Joining Wonshik, he lays across the other's legs. He giggles as he continues, "Although, it would be fun to go insane there. I'd get to tear through a few people...but then I'd die because you weren't there! It would be so sad, I could cry just thinking about leaving you and Taehyung." Hakyeon turns to cling onto Wonshik's legs. "You could too, right?"
