This is a scene from the end of the book [Darke] when Septimus and Simon are walking back up to the castle. Simon has his arm around Septimus and is so happy that his brother has finally learned to trust him and accepts him again. Poor Simon, you'ver been through so much. I just loved the scene and I felt that I had to draw it. As Septimus is talking to him, Simon reflects on how much taller Septimus has gotten and how much older he seems.
