Swindle is selling cheaper versions of what the autobots is giving out. The autobot was stupid enough to give the ones for the cons to swindle to give out.

He sells them because he told the cons but when he ran low he made some of his own but they were obviously faulty but very cheap to make.

Starscream and Megatron were sadly some of the bots the bought the faulty ones around the same time.

Who would be the next bot revealed via an oopsy baby, to be a buyer of swindles homemade baffles instead of the autobots better made ones.
